Feb. 7th, 2005 01:19 pmHello, quarter-century. Didn't quite notice you sneaking up so quickly, but now you're here, why not pull up a comfy chair and make yourself feel at home?
My weekend has been spent having birthday fun. Saturday was a drunken affair with lots of dancing and drink and talking and drink and laughing and drink. Thank you to everyone who came along - I hope you had as much fun as I did and didn't feel quite as bad as me the next day!
Yesterday, several of us took part in an experiment, the details of which will never be divulged by anyone present in the room. This was followed by several hours of sofa sitting, watching the Top 100 Pop Videos, of which I guessed all of them and won! Perhaps I'm not remembering that so well.
This morning, I've been chilling out a bit, reading, lying around. I'm going out for Quiet-Walking-Thinking Fun this afternoon, accompanied by the rather splendid coat-matching-hat given to me by Jacqui and Edward. Later, Pub Fun. Aren't birthdays odd?
